Our real estate purchase mediation service includes:

  1. Initial meeting where you will explain your wishes and needs to us – which will be key to finding your dream property.
  2. Information about the most attractive locations in Croatia and profitable investment options.

  5. Inspection of the property of your choice – verification of correct documentation (title deed and all other documents proving that the property is fully legalized).

Our administrative and legal support service includes:

  1. Documentation verification and support in obtaining incomplete documentation – we give you information about what documentation you need to sign the preliminary contract and contract, and provide support in obtaining incomplete documentation.

  4. Selection of the best filmed materials, editing and preparation for further use.
  5. Property promotion on previously agreed channels – using the best photo and video content, which along with appropriate text is advertised on our websites, in ads and on social networks.

In addition to basic services, we also offer you additional services upon your request:

  1. If you are from a foreign country, due to the language barrier and unfamiliarity with local regulations, opening a bank account may seem like a challenge – don’t worry, we offer assistance when it comes to this important step.
  2. If you decide to establish a company in Croatia, we provide tax advisor services so that the process runs smoothly and you don’t feel tax consequences. They will familiarize you with the tax rate you should pay, deadlines, and inform you about any additional tax levies that the country you come from might have.
