A\u010dkoli nen\u00ed povinn\u00e9 anga\u017eovat agenturu, zaji\u0161\u0165uje to hladkou, efektivn\u00ed transakci za spravedlivou cenu, bez stresu nebo pr\u00e1vn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.<\/li><li><strong>Slu\u017eby not\u00e1\u0159e a pr\u00e1vn\u00edka <\/strong>\u2013 v Chorvatsku je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159i koupi nemovitosti anga\u017eovat pr\u00e1vn\u00ed odborn\u00edky.
